Governor's Public Schedule July 9-14

Cheyenne (Office of the Governor) -- Events listed on the Governor's public schedule are those that members of the public are welcome to attend. Private meetings with individual constituents or officials are generally not listed, although there are exceptions.

July 9

  • 11 a.m.: Attending the groundbreaking of the new College of Business building at the University of Wyoming, Laramie.
  • 2:30 p.m.: NEWS CONFERENCE, preceded by the announcement of the new Career Readiness Certificate Initiative with Department of Workforce Services Director Joan Evans, Governor's Formal Office.

July 10

  • 9:30 a.m.: Meeting with Md. Abu Zafar, Consul General of Bangladesh in Los Angeles, Governor's Formal Office.

July 12 - July 14

  • Attending the Centennial meeting of the National Governors Association, Philadelphia, Penn. Plenary discussions will focus on creating a diverse energy portfolio and emerging clean energy technologies. For more information, visit: www.nga.org.
